421 More Coronavirus cases reported in the country


The country has today registered 421 more Covid-19 cases. This out of a sample of 3895.

The number of positive cases now stands at 11,673.

Speaking in Nakuru County, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe says 409 are Kenyans while 12 are foreigners, calling on all citizens to be cautious of one another.

According to CS Kagwe, 42 counties have now recorded corona virus cases.

This even as he once again reiterated that no one is exempt from getting the virus.

570 patients have recovered from the disease, with 512 of them being under home-based care.

Meanwhile, CS Kagwe has called on healthcare workers to ensure they save themselves before they save others, even as he urged all Kenyans to ensure they observe the containment measures instituted by the government.
